Solution

-Setup additional account-

To remove old mail account, click here.

  1. Tools->Accounts
  2. Add->Mail
  3. Enter a display name



  4. Next
  5. Enter e-mail address: This is your e-mail address on the BOL mail server (ex: Bob@domain.com, WebManager@BusinessOL.com).



  6. Next
  7. Leave "My incoming mail server" as POP3
  8. Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: pop.businessol.com
  9. Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: smtp.businessol.com



  10. Next
  11. Account: the name before the "@" in your e-mail address (ex: WebManager). This probably does not need to be changed.
  12. Password: The password for the account.
  13. Remember password – CHECKED
  14. Log on using Secure Password Authentication UNCHECKED



  15. Next
  16. Finished
  17. To test if your e-mail is sending and receiving correctly, send an e-mail to test@BusinessOL.com. If your account is working properly, you will receive a reply shortly with the subject "Test Message Received!"

-Remove old account-

  1. Tools->Accounts
  2. Select the account you wish to remove.



  3. Click the "Remove" button
  4. Yes
