If you cannot receive email from a specific domain, you can try to add their email address to your SPAM Filter's approved senders list.

1. Log into your webmail:  http:///webmail.yourdomainname.com
2. Once logged in, click on "Options"
3. Click on SpamShield Pro
4. Under Approved Senders, type in the email address and click Approve.
5. Go to the bottom of the page and click Save.
